I so understand the "bad attitude" period you have been going through, we all go through that from time to time. I know it sounds corny but you know what they say, sometimes it seems like "when it rains,it pours"(In reference to your 48 hour eqipment meltdown crisis) Also, who of us hasn't thrown a good ol pity party for ourselves every now and again. I'm glad you are feeling better because I love your blogs.I think your ideas to stay on the right track are exactly what mine need to be, particularly the caffeine/sleep deprivation issue. I'm a week into a "caffeine reduction plan." No lives have been lost yet. However, the last time I tried to cut back on caffeine, I was so grouchy my coworkers were begging me to go back to caffeine.Hope you have a wonderful new year and thanks for the humor.
